Are you ready to help us build a healthier world?

Avalere Health launched a new global rotational, cross-functional graduate program in 2023.

The 18-month program offers recent graduates from diverse backgrounds full-time work experience opportunities with the potential for a permanent role at the point of completion. The program is full-time and fully paid.

Based in the UK and the US, the program's structure is fully rotational across our Medical, Marketing, and Consulting teams. It is designed rotationally to enable cross-functional collaboration between our graduates, mentors, capabilities, and clients.

As a graduate, you will be provided with the training and exposure to supercharge your career in your chosen areas of specialty. You will also be supported by a trained line manager and allocated a dedicated mentor throughout the duration of the program. All line managers and mentors are supported by members of our HR, Career Experience, and Graduate Program teams.

The objectives of the Graduate Program are:

  • To provide graduates with a structured, rotational training program within Avalere Health that rewards practical work experience in bringing treatments and therapies to market, while solving complex challenges in healthcare.

  • To provide training and mentorship to recent graduates, across multiple capabilities, as an entry point to the healthcare industry

  • To upskill graduates and provide them with the exposure to multiple capabilities, whilst promoting cross-functional collaboration between our integrated teams.
